Some cars are more surprising than others and this is certainly the case for Porsche 911 Turbo S and Taycan Turbo S. They probably belong to the upper caste and this video will not say otherwise. Recently, we tried the Taycan Turbo S and we were blown away. We also watched videos of the new 911 Turbo S in action that left us speechless.
The Carwow YouTube channel opposed these two Porsche models. One is thermal, the other is electric and usurps the name Turbo S. They are super powerful and efficient, for proof, they both accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in less than 3.0 seconds!
The Taycan Turbo S claims an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds, the 911 Turbo S does it a little faster, count 0.1 second difference (which is nothing). Although the Taycan is more powerful with no less than 761 hp in this version Turbo S (against 650 hp for the 911 Turbo S), its weight is lacking since it displays on the scale no less than 2313 kg (against 1640 kg ).
After a somewhat failed start, the two Porsche manage to start at the same time to spin as quickly as possible to the finish line. The Porsche 911 Turbo S finishes the race in first position, but the Taycan is not far away. The 400 m start-stop is completed in just 10.2 seconds for the 911, compared to 10.3 seconds for the Taycan.
Once again, the Porsche 911 Turbo S shows its supremacy; who can stop it? Certainly not the Taycan, which despite its overweight, excels in this star event.
