Defendants in the case of raping 13 female students Harry Wirawan sentenced to death. The prosecutor assessed that the sentence was in accordance with Herry Wirawan’s actions.
The demands were read out by the public prosecutor (JPU) of the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati Jabar) led by West Java’s Kajati Asep N Mulyana in a trial at the Bandung District Court (PN), Jalan LLRE Martadinata, Tuesday (11/1/2022). Herry himself was present in person to hear the demands.
“Demanding the defendant with the death penalty,” said Asep after the trial.

Asep said the punishment was given according to the deed Harry Wirawan according to the charge of raping 13 of his own female students until they became pregnant and gave birth.
“This is proof of our commitment to provide a deterrent effect to perpetrators and other parties who commit crimes,” said Asep.
According to Asep, Herry was charged with the punishment in accordance with Article 81 paragraph (1), paragraph (3) and (5) jo Article 76.D Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2016 on Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 on Child Protection jo Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code as the first indictment.
Just so you know, Harry Wirawan became a defendant after raping 13 female students. Some of the female students even got pregnant and gave birth. This case has already gone to trial.
