If you were curious about what’s in that infamous $5,000 war of stars–Themed drink, it’s no longer a complete secret. The Kaiburr Crystal, exclusive to Disney Wish cruise ship in its Hyperspace Lounge, is an extravagantly presented themed cocktail should comes with the Camtono it’s served in, but sadly doesn’t—probably because the boozy elixirs it’s brewed from are some of the most expensive high-end in the galaxy.
According to Arthur’s About Theme Parks, who spoke to a bartender on board, “The galactic drink is primarily made from Camus cognac. This includes the Japanese citrus fruit yuzu and kumquat.” And there’s more, according to the site’s reporter, who attended Disney Wish Baptism Cruise: “Kaiburr Crystal also offers Grand Marnier Quintessence, which is considerably more expensive than Camus Cognac.” They also note that the multi-component drink — you can tell from this video that it’s more like a series of cocktails than a single drink — shots Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 23 Year Bourbon (a single bottle of the stuff is close to $6,000) and Taylor’s Fladgate Kingsman Edition Very Old Tawny Port (just over $3,000 a bottle).
And although no, the Kaiburr Crystal does not come with the Camtono, other reports shared that it also includes a bottle of Skywalker Vineyards sparkling wine, the metal plate and cups it is served on, a war of stars Backpack, a water bottle, Hyperspace Lounge decoration for your stateroom, and a voucher for a guest to visit Skywalker Ranch (known for not being open to the public) in Marin County, California. For this price I hope there is a glimpse of George Lucas himself taking care of at least some grapes.
So if you happen to be aboard the Disney Wishand somehow manage to get into the Hyperspace Lounge (which has a maximum capacity of 50 guests at a time with reservations), you too can have a chance to poke fun at the $5,000 war of stars drink – or order it if you’re rich in Canto Bight.
