Snapchat is already a social network for millennials and teens, and its reach is now growing. You can share your life in auto-disappearing photos without worrying that a bad photo will haunt you in an interview a few years later.
But most of the time the photos are less stressful and more memorabilia make a fun evening. When that happens, you don’t want them to disappear into the ether. Of course, you can save them manually, but it’s easy to forget. The best thing to do is to set it up so that your Snapchat stories are automatically saved. That way, you will get the memories and no one else will get the shady photos. Find out how to do it.
CONNECTED: What is Snapchat
Open Snapchat and swipe down on the camera screen.
Tap the gear icon, then select Reminders.
Toggle the “Save stories automatically” switch. In the Save As… menu, you can choose whether your stories should be saved in your memories or in your memories and on your phone. I would recommend Memories and Camera Roll.
And that’s it. Now all of your stories are saved automatically, so you no longer have to worry about good photos disappearing with bad ones.
