“After three decades of perestroika abuses of the 1991 Constitution, our country is once again facing an election. After the last fruitless elections, Bulgaria desperately needs an alternative to the comprador-oligarchic model that has finally prevailed in our country.”

This was written by the new formation “Left Alternative”, in which former Prime Minister Jean Videnov also participates. 32 people have signed up to be in the organization that will run in the elections.

There are 31 more names in alphabetical order, and that of Jean Videnov is in ninth place. They are part of “Left Alternative” Anton Velichkov – Former Secretary of the Central Committee of the DCMS, now a businessman and farmer. The former mayor of Haskovo Atanas Vasilev it is also there.
Doncho Konakchiev, former Deputy Prime Minister and Member of Parliament in several parliaments, is in the ranks of the Left Alternative, as well as the former director of the port of Bourgas.
