KOMPAS.TV – Vaccines developed by AstraZeneca (AZN.L) and Moderna (MRNA.O) are the two strongest candidates for the official corona virus vaccine.

According to Swaminathan, vaccines from AstraZeneca have made it possible in the first place of many vaccine products that are being developed and tested in the world.
What Does AstraZeneca Vaccine Like?
AstraZeneca’s vaccine candidates have entered the third phase of clinical trials. He has a Covid-19 vaccine candidate named AZD1222 previously named ChAdOx1-S.
AstraZeneca, a British drug company, has started a large-scale human vaccine trial developed by University of Oxford researchers.
“How advanced they can be can be seen from what stage they are at. I think they might be the main candidates. So, maybe they will get fairly early results,” Swaminathan said.
