Wearing a mask will be compulsory for people aged 11 and over.

As of this Saturday August 22 and until September 1 inclusive, the prefect of Hérault Jacques Witkowski, in consultation with the mayors, makes mandatory wearing a mask for people aged 11 and over. On this 24 municipalities of Hérault located mainly on the coast, over the entire public space, whether covered or not, except in living quarters.
The announced deadlines are likely to be renewed depending on the evolution of the health situation, as can be read in the decree.
