TRIBUNNEWS.COM, DEPOK – An individual village head with the initials S in Depok City will be held accountable for his actions, because he held a celebration event to invite crowd people during the Enforcement of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
The crowd at the celebration at S’s house was captured in a video that was widely circulated.
With a duration of 20 seconds, the video shows the atmosphere of a wedding party accompanied by music and dancing by several people on Saturday (3/7/2021) afternoon.

As a result, the Depok City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol) and the Depok City Covid-19 Handling Task Force (Satgas) sealed the Pancoran Mas Village Head’s house because it caused crowd, Saturday (3/7/2021).
“The Satpol PP has gone out and closed the celebration,” said Depok City Covid-19 spokesman Dadang Wihana, when confirmed by reporters, Saturday (3/7/2021).

For this incident, S is scheduled to undergo an examination (BAP) by the Depok City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM).
“If we find a violation later, we will be subject to sanctions later in accordance with the provisions,” said Dadang.
Dadang admitted that before the celebration was held, S, who is a State Civil Apparatus (ASN), had been warned by the Camat and Task Force to enforce health protocols if he wanted to hold a celebration during the emergency PPKM.
Especially before Emergency PPKM If implemented, the City of Depok through the Mayor’s Regulation has decided on a policy related to the implementation of the wedding party.
“Actually we have imposed a restriction process crowd celebration of a maximum of 30 people capacity since two weeks ago. Then reinforced with the relevant Mayor’s Decree Emergency PPKM,” he explained.
