We must prepare in an adult way for the next heating season, including carrying out certain household preparation activities with windows, doors, roofs, porches and other things,” he said.
In addition, the minister noted that if, due to hostilities, it is not possible to provide centralized heating, modular mobile systems will be deployed in individual communities.

Chernyshov also commented on the possibility of rolling blackouts in Ukraine.
“We understand that the heating season is a balance of the availability of natural gas, coal, and electricity. We also need to talk about other possible alternative energy sources, we are actively working on this. But no rolling blackouts are not planned“, he noted.
