The application of the health pass is becoming more precise. From Sunday August 1, 2021, a health pass will be mandatory for customers wishing to do their shopping in a shopping center. Sunday, July 18, 2021, the Minister of the Economy, Bruno Lemaire, specified that only centers of more than 20,000 square meters will be affected by this measure. In Seine-Saint-Denis, it will concern ten high places of commerce.
Twelve shopping centers
From Sunday August 1, customers wishing to go to the following shopping centers will have to present a health pass in the form of a negative PCR test of less than 48 hours or a vaccination certificate:
- Aubervilliers : the Millennium (56,000 m2)
- Bagnolet : Bel Est (36,000 m2)
- Drancy : Avenir (32,900 m2)
- The Blanc-Mesnil : Open air (32,000 m2)
- Montreuil : La Grande Porte (42,000 m2)
- Noisy-le-Grand : Les Arcades (63,000 m2)
- Rosny-sous-Bois : Rosny 2 (111,000 m2)
- Sevran : Beau Sevran (43,800 m2)
- Tremblay-in-France : Aéroville (84,000 m2)
- Villetaneuse : Welcome (31,000 m2)
Conversely, twelve shopping centers are not affected by the measure:
- Aulnay sous Bois: Les Gallions (17 790 m2)
- Blanc-Mesnil: Les Tilleuls (2,000 m2)
- Epinay-sur-Seine : L’Îlo (18 711m2)
- Île-Saint-Denis : Marques Avenue (14,500 m2)
- The Courneuve : the Tower (6,500 m2)
- Montreuil : Wide angle (11,500 m2)
- Neuilly-sur-Marne : Baobab (12 000 m2)
- Neuilly-sur-Marne : les Fauvettes (8,488 m2)
- Noisy-le-Grand : le Champy (3 000m2)
- Pantin : Center commercial Verpantin (13 000 m2)
- Romainville : Paddocks Paris Est shopping center (17,000 m2)
- St Denis : Basilica shopping center (17,165 m2)
