TANGSEL, KOMPAS.com – Lurah Benda Baru, Pamulang, South Tangerang ( South Tangerang), Saidun, called the police to conduct an inspection at Police station Pamulang, Tuesday (07/28/2020) yesterday. The examination was related to the case vandalism Saidun’s goods do in Senior High School 3 South Tangerang some time ago.
Vandalism This was done because Saidun was annoyed by a number of students who had been entrusted to be able to enter SMA Negeri 3 South Tangerang, which were rejected by the school.
Saidun was later reported by the Principal of Tangsel 3 Public High School, Aan Sri Analiah, to the Pamulang Police Station.

The headman was reported on charges related to Article 335 Paragraphs 1 and 406 KHUP concerning Violence or the Threat of Violence and Damage to Goods.
Called by the police via the mayor
Pamulang police chief Kompiyanto Supiyanto explained, Saidun was summoned last Tuesday to be investigated by investigators related to the alleged crime.
“The new Benda Village head, Mr Saidun, has been called by us. He came today and is still under investigation by investigators,” he said when confirmed on Tuesday.
According to Supiyanto, the summons and examination of Saidu was carried out after his party sent the first summons letter last week.
The summons was sent through the City Government (Pemkot) of South Tangerang (South Tangerang), due to Saidun’s status as a state civil apparatus (ASN).
“Through the mayor and copy to the district head because he is an ASN. Every call must go through the applicable SOP bureaucracy,” he said.
Confesses to a mistake and is ready to follow legal procedures
Saidun said that he had come to the Pamulang Police Station to fulfill a summons related to the vandalism case at SMA Negeri 3 Tangsel. He claimed to be ready to comply with all applicable legal procedures.
“Today I was present at the Pamulang Police Station by carrying out according to my error procedure,” Saidun told reporters at the Pamulang Police Station, Tuesday afternoon.
Saidun said he had given information to Pamulang police investigators and was still a witness.
During the examination, Saidun was presented with 13 questions from investigators related to the alleged crime committed in the incident.
“I was asked with 13 questions in accordance with yesterday’s incident at SMAN 3 South Tangerang,” he said.
Saidun said that he had not prepared any defense for the alleged case. He only wants to follow the rules and submit the continuation of his case to law enforcement officials.

“I don’t need a defense. I will carry out according to the procedure,” he said.
“I leave everything to the investigators. What is important today is what makes my summons as a witness, I carry out,” he continued.
He claimed to have made a mistake while destroying goods at SMA Negeri 3 South Tangerang. He just wants to help help its citizens who are looking for schools.
“Right now I run according to the procedure only. According to what procedure made a mistake of mine, my fault,” said Saidun.
Confess only once entrusted student
Regarding the efforts to safeguard a number of students’ names at Tangsel 3 Public High School, Saidu admitted that this was the first time he had done that.
According to him, the recommended prospective students are the children of casual employees in the village office.
“Never before. It’s the first time,” Saidun said.
He explained, it was only done to convey the aspirations of citizens who want their children to attend the school.
“When it comes to deposit, there is no deposit. No, I just convey the aspirations of my community, that’s all,” he said.
“Even though my answer has been unable to help that, I try to fulfill, prove that we have done,” he said.
