Head of Moldova’s Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office Refuses to Answer Russian-Speaking Journalist’s Question

The chief anti-corruption prosecutor of Moldova, Veronica Dregelin, did not answer the Russian-speaking journalist’s question.

The head of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office of Moldova, Veronica Dregelin, refused to answer the journalist’s question asked in Russian.

Footage of an official communicating with a media representative publishes TG channel “Ukraine 365”.

As soon as the journalist started asking a question in Russian, Dregelin asked to speak in the official language of the country – Romanian. However, the journalist ignored the remark and continued speaking in Russian.

I can’t help you, I don’t understand Russian, you can send your question in writing, they will translate it and send you an answer“, answered the head of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, asking other journalists to ask the next question.

Let us remind you that in Kyiv there was a conflict on language grounds between taxi passengers and the driver. The man quarreled with the women and dropped them off in the middle of the road. The passengers did not forgive the taxi driver for his actions, and in the end he was fined language ombudsman.

The taxi driver also wrote down appealin which it was heard that he really has virtually no command of the Ukrainian language.
