To support our Marketing department at the Westerstede location, we are looking for a person to start as soon as possible Head of Department (m/f/d) Marketing.

Your tasks

• Development and further development of the central marketing strategy in line with our corporate strategy
• Continuous improvement of the company’s positioning in the market by designing and initiating marketing activities
• Coordination and implementation of digital and analogue advertising measures
• Interface between specialist departments and marketing as well as close exchange with other managers
• Management and control of external agencies and service providers
• Monitoring and analysis of measures and reports
• Control and implementation of cross-media communication
• Technical and organizational management of employees and continuous development of the department

your profile

• Completed studies in the field of marketing, media, communication or several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in leading a marketing team
• Very good knowledge of online marketing measures (SEO/SEA)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Relevant experience of all common social media platforms, blogs and moving images
• High affinity to the new media and motivation to familiarize yourself with new technologies
• Enjoys leading and developing employees
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
