The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, in his statement to documentonews.gr, which highlighted the issue, informs that he has investigated the case and that the sworn doctor is to be immediately removed from his post.
“After the publication in Documento I investigated the case. The competent Ministry of Health, through the deputy governor, Mr. Karvelis, has requested in writing from the prosecutor’s office the sending of the criminal prosecution, so that we can immediately proceed with the act of suspension of duties.
