A behavior to say the least worrying… On the night of Wednesday March 10, 2021, the police had to intervene for an individual author ofsexual exhibition at Hellemmas, municipality associated with Lille (North).
He masturbates in front of the door
On Wednesday around 11 p.m., the Lille police received a call from a woman in her forties. She explains to them that an individual knocked on her door several times. “This one masturbates in front of the said door”, reports a police source.
Officials go to the site, impasse Delesalle in Hellemmes, to challenge the individual. The 47-year-old man is at the bottom of the building, he tries to escape but without success. He was taken into police custody and will soon be summoned before a judge.
