Colonel Inf Priyanto admit you don’t know Handi Saputra (18) whom he dumped into Sungai Serayu, Banyumas, Central Java, is still alive. Priyanto thought Handi was dead.

Colonel Priyanto admit it wasted Handi to the Serayu River, Central Java. Priyanto admitted that at that time Handi’s legs were in a state of bending due to stiffness.
“I threw away (Handi) with my legs bent, because they were stiff,” said Priyanto.
Priyanto then asked the expert witness from the forensic doctor Muhammad Zaenuri Syamsu Hidayat who was presented by the military prosecutor. Priyanto asked if the condition of the bent leg could mean that Handi had died.
“Is it possible to say he can die or not?” said Priyanto.
“I can’t be sure,” replied Zaenuri.
Then, Colonel Priyanto asked about the water that entered Handi’s chest cavity. Priyanto asked if there was a difference in size between the water and blood that had entered Handi’s body.
“Including earlier, the doctor said that there was 500 cc of water and blood. Can’t tell how many cc of water and how many cc of blood are?” asked Priyanto.
“Indistinguishable. Inconclusive,” replied Zaenuri.
Not only that, Priyanto said that Zaenuri could not conclude when Handi died. Zaenuri replied that it was not certain.
“You also can’t conclude the hour of his death because he was here less than 6 hours after his last meal,” said Priyanto.
“I can’t be sure,” replied Zainuri.
Previously, forensic doctor Muhammad Zaenuri Syamsu Hidayat said Handi Saputra (18) was still alive when he was dumped into the Serayu River, Banyumas, Central Java, by Colonel Inf Priyanto et al. This, said Zaenuri, was evidenced by the presence of fine sand found in Handi’s chest cavity during the autopsy.
This statement was made by Zaenuri while testifying in a follow-up trial with the defendant Colonel Priyanto at the Jakarta High Military Court II, Grinding, East Jakarta, today. Muhammad Zaenuri is a doctor who signed seen and discovered Handi.
Hakim Faridah asked about the purpose of finding the fine sand in Handi’s lungs. Zaenuri replied that the sand was found because of river water entering the chest cavity through the respiratory tract.
“What does it mean if there’s fine sand in those lungs?” Judge Faridah asked.
“That is, there is river water from where it was found that enters the chest cavity, into the lungs, into the lower respiratory tract,” replied Zaenuri.
“Is there a river flow that goes into the lungs?” asked the judge.
“Yes,” said Zaenuri.
Judge Faridah asked whether the condition of the lungs filled with sand could be stated that Handi was still breathing when thrown into the river. Zaenuri confirmed this and stated that this condition proves that Handi is still alive.
“It means that when this victim fell into the river, was he still breathing? Was there sand in his lungs?” asked the judge.
“Yesstill breathing,” said Zaenuri.
“If you’re still breathing, you’re still alive, aren’t you?” asked the judge.
“Still alive,” said Zaenuri.
