A violinist is visiting the “Klasikas” studio Magdalene Gecca and pianist Georgs Kjurdians, who will play music on August 9 in the concert “Peter Vasks invites. Summer. Mežotne” organized by Pēteris Vasks Foundation.
The great intrigue of the concert is new works, including Santa Bush’s opus and Plato Buravick’s “Restoration of a Work Instrument”. The program also includes music by Jāzeps Vītols, Maija Einfelde, Tālivalža Ķeniņš and Jānis Ķepītis.
