From an early age he was part of the famous family of musicians, toured, recorded albums. Now the singer is finally coming to an end, as Angelo confirms. In the video, he reveals the reasons for his final farewell.

Angelo Kelly was born on December 23, 1981 and was automatically part of one of the most famous family of musicians in the world. As a small child, he was already in front of an audience. Touched the hearts of many people with the single “An Angel”. A “The Kelly Family” without him? Unthinkable! But that is now bitter truth, as Angelo confirmed to us.

“It’s true,” reveals Angelo, “it was nice but it took a lot of strength and took time from my own family.” After all, if you grow up in such a family environment, the family comes first. An argument between the Kellys is therefore not to be expected: “But I will always support the others”, Angelo continues to assure his brothers and sisters full support.

Instead of a break: Angelo finally says goodbye

The Kelly Family started their career in 1974 as “The Kelly Kids”. Over the following generations, the band naturally changed its composition and thus its face again and again. After its commercial peak in the late 1990s, the band was in transition. Although it was never dissolved, it did not come together until 2010. However, it wasn’t until 2017 that a new studio album was released.

Despite the time off, Angelo was always part of the band. Angelo announced in December 2019 that each of his solo projects would be dedicated to the current tour. With today’s statement it is clear that for Angelo it is not a temporary farewell, but a final one.
