Hamburg: Rapper Gzuz excluded from the court hearing

In the trial against the gangster rapper Kristoffer Jonas Klauss alias Gzuz, the 32-year-old accused was expelled for improper behavior. According to the dpa news agency, he had previously had a real exchange of blows with the judge Johann Krieten.

Krieten had therefore forbidden the defendant several times from asking interim questions and thus disrupting the hearing. “Mr. Klauss, it’s not your turn!” The judge had repeatedly reprimanded him. Shortly after his partner was to be questioned as a witness, the rapper finally had to leave the hall.

The 32-year-old is a member of the Hamburg hip-hop group 187 Strassenbande. He is accused of violating the gun law, attempted theft and bodily harm, among other things.

The judge finally asked the judge about the engagement in Mallorca in mid-July. “Do you think he means business?” He asked the 26-year-old. “Yes, I trust him. I see his change. See how he treats me and the children,” said the partner and also showed the judge the engagement video on a boat off Mallorca. The couple has been in a relationship for several years and has two young daughters.

Last witnesses had the defendant with regard to alleged possession of weapons and drugs. Gzuz has been convicted several times, including assault.

The rapper is known for filming encounters with the police and sharing them on his social media channels. In mid-February, he did not appear at the start of the trial and had to pay a deposit of 100,000 euros for absenteeism without excuse. In June, the rapper appeared on time – and took selfies in front of the courtroom.

Gzuz was arrested in 2017, but then came free again subject to conditions.
