A 13 year old student
“An investigation was opened and entrusted to the police station of the Val-d’Yerres – Val-de-Seine agglomeration for public apology for crimes or offenses,” confirmed this Wednesday the Évry prosecutor’s office. Aged 13, the student took advantage of a computer system malfunction to spread his messages. “He responded to a satisfaction questionnaire on the canteen,” indicates the departmental advisor in charge of colleges, Jérôme Bérenger (LR). A swastika and a reference to the Nazi salute
Despite the speed of the services, both messages were sent. Summoned to college in the presence of his mother, he admitted the facts. A precautionary measure was issued against him with a view to a disciplinary council.
Without any connection with this affair, another fact of an anti-Semitic nature had been discovered the day before in Épinay-sous-Sénart. Inscribed on the facade of a building, a tag referring to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was quickly erased by the municipality. “An investigation is currently underway,” specifies the Evry public prosecutor’s office.
