AMSTERDAM – Keeping supporters’ spaces empty, stadiums half full, points deduction after irregularities and a digital reporting obligation. Paul Depla, mayor of Breda, believes that the time of hooliganism around football hooliganism is over. He called for hard, concrete action on Monday and many potential measures were reviewed.
