The 34-year-old goalkeeper became the 11th deal concluded by the Eastern Club during the current summer transfer period, as he had previously contracted with Bandar Al-Mutairi, Abdullah Al-Salem, Saeed Al-Hamsal, Abdullah Hawsawi, Khaled Al-Sumairi, Fawaz Al-Taris, and the Portuguese Evo Rodriguez. And Pedro Repocho, and Argentine Lisandro Lopez, and South Korean Wu Young Gang.
Sihic achieved 10 titles during his football career, as he won the Azerbaijan League on 5 occasions, the Azerbaijan Cup “3” with the Azerbaijani Karabakh club, and won the Bosnian league and cup with the Bosnian club Zeljeznikar.
Cehic participated with the Bosnian national team in 50 international matches, keeping clean sheets on 18 occasions.
At the club level, he participated in 455 matches, and is the highest in keeping clean sheets in the Turkish League during the last season.
