Job start exchange in two halls.
(BZ). The job start exchange in Emmendingen, organized by AOK Südlicher Oberrhein and Badischer Zeitung, is starting again. On Thursday, October 21, 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Friday, October 22, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 86 regional companies will be presenting 142 apprenticeships and 77 dual study programs. The Freiburg employment agency, FWTM Freiburg, the Freiburg Chamber of Crafts, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry South Upper Rhine and Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau are on board as partners.
“In Emmendingen we clearly notice that the job start exchange in Freiburg has failed this year, the demand from companies to get a stand has increased further,” said Jürgen Dreher, head of the local AOK customer center, in a press conference. For the first time, the event will therefore take place in two locations: as usual in the Fritz-Boehle-Halle, Rosenweg 3, and in the Elzhalle Wasser, Weidenmattenstraße 11 in Emmendingen (the hall plans were accidentally reversed in yesterday’s “Jobstartbörse” supplement). A shuttle bus runs between the halls.
For years, many young people, mainly from the final classes of secondary schools, secondary schools and grammar schools, have been using the event to find out about the regional training offers; Parents also appreciate the event. The job start exchange offers companies in southern Baden an opportunity to present themselves to the public. Internships or job interviews can be arranged through direct contact. In addition, the virtual job start exchange is online until Sunday, November 14th.
