Any paper applications rejected
Any applications submitted after August 6 and in paper form will not be considered. OM No. 60/2020 in fact states in art. 7 paragraph 7 “The application presented after the deadline and in a manner different from that indicated in article 3, paragraph 2, and in this article, as well as the application of the candidate lacking one of the general admission requirements referred to in article 6. “
Article. 3 paragraph 2 states that the application must be submitted through “the appropriate computerized procedures, in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance and according to the methods and terms established with a subsequent provision of the competent general management.”
The School Office of Avellino has put this clarification on paper “with the obvious consequence that all those applications / additions submitted” in a different way “cannot be evaluated. will be able to take these requests into account “
What if the aspirant demonstrates that the computer system is blocked?
There are cases and cases. It is one thing to have “forgotten” to update the ranking, or to have forgotten to enter a title or service. These are circumstances ascribable to the individual will.
On the other hand, there are teachers who have not been able to complete the application for various blocks of the IT platform. Whatever you think who has filled out the application in ten minutes without any hitch, objectively there have been problems.

”When completing the application for GPS I have not entered the individual schools due to a display problem in the On-line Instances screen. Following this I followed PEC to the competent regional school office by attaching a list of schools and pointing out that the problem did not depend on my lack but on a “technical” impossibility (failure to appear of the link, of which I keep the screenshot).
Having followed up with a PEC in which I pointed out the “technical” problem (failure to display the link to access the choice) and attached the list of schools, I wonder if the competent regional / provincial school office should not, itself, integrate the same application taking into account the supplementary certified e-mail which contained the choice of individual educational institutions, this in order to complete, from an administrative point of view, the act in which I was participating. And in the affirmative, reception of the PEC (solution proposed to me by telephone by an employee of the USR), the system should send me the complete application of the chosen schools. “
We do not know if this solution can be adopted, certainly a reflection should be made on individual cases.
