Government announces start of transition phase for Providencia and seven other communes in the country

Along with the announcements of communes in which an improvement in epidemiological figures has been seen, the health authority announced new restrictions for localities where there has been a worsening.

In this line, the number of people who will be in Stage 2 will be 2,293,444, that is, 11.79% of the total population.

As for the Metropolitan Region, 6,411,017 people will continue in isolation, corresponding to 78.9% of the population, while a total of 1,581,498 will be in stage 2, which is equivalent to 19.46% of the inhabitants.
