The National Health Security Office or NHSO increases the chances of treating early stage cancer patients to be treated quickly and cured under the “National Health Security Fund” or Gold Card system by organizing rights 4 cancer screening benefits to care for those eligible for free access to screening services. The details are as follows:
1. Cervical cancer
Providing cervical cancer screening services for all Thai women aged 30-59 and aged 15-29 who have sex at a young age. by Pap Smear or VIA or HPV DNA Test
Have the right to receive a screening service 1 time every 5 years and HPV vaccination benefits for all Grade 5 girls nationwide.
2. Colon cancer
Colon cancer screening service and the rectum by the method of detecting latent blood in the stool (Fit Test) for people aged 50-70 years, 1 time every 2 years
Abnormal results will be confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy.
3. Oral cancer
