Golden Eagles and the problem with Honduran footballer Bryan Moya | Colombia News | Colombian Soccer | BetPlay League

Brayan Moya does not sound much in the Colombian soccer environment, despite having been in the country for more than three months. He, a Honduran, arrived in Rionegro on March 14 to join Golden Eagles, but, according to his account, he never signed a contract and will now leave for Angola’s soccer.

In an interview with the newspaper Diez, from Honduras, the player tells in detail what he has had to suffer living in Colombia, where, fortunately, he is with his family, but he has not received a single peso.

“I came without a contract, only with a loan agreement that Zulia made, something that did not work because on March 9 I had signed a settlement with Zulia and they negotiated on March 10; So when I got here they paid me the plane tickets. I told them (to the managers of Golden Eagles) that I was going with my family and they asked me to pay them myself and then they would reimburse me that money, but it never happened, “explained Moya.

However, according to what he says, he felt abandoned by the club, since soccer in Colombia was paralyzed on March 17 and he did not sign any contract and the club did not make his arrival official either.

“Being in Colombia, the executives of Golden Eagles did not make a call to me, they did not ask me how I was doing, this from March to the present day. They have not given me a peso either, I haven’t received a fee for three months and when I told them that the offer came, they did call me and they want me to sign the contract, which is ready, but I already told them no, that I made the decision to leave to another club and that’s when they told me to vacate the apartment. Luckily the Angola club has supported me and found me an apartment here in Colombia, “he added.

Moya, at 26 years old, has been in the Honduran team, however, this also seems to be a problem for entrepreneurs, since that same portal assures that with a soccer player representation agency, he affirms that the soccer player has three contracts, one of them with the Colombian team.

However, the player assures that he has no signed contract and that he arrived in the country with the endorsement of Francesco Stifano, current coach of Águilas Doradas.

“I am here for the professed Stifano, the love I had in Venezuela. If it had not been for him, I would have been left without playing because they (the agents) never had a specific offer. What’s more, I got offers to play Deportes Iquique from Chile and Alajuelense from Costa Rica, but they told me not to go, that we expected a better one, but they never came, “he said.

Finally, Moya expressed that his intention to leave the country would be to take a private flight to Panama and from there emigrate to Angola on a commercial flight, since from August 15 the borders will be opened in that country, while in Colombia it is expected that be until September 1.
