“The genesis of the Dijon-Bourgogne private hospital, completed in 2016, was the takeover of the Chenôve clinic,” recalls Philippe Carbonel, director of the establishment and of the Burgundy Center of Ramsay Santé. The group was called Générale de Santé at the time and had then the structures of Chenôve, Sainte-Marthe (in Dijon) and Fontaine-lès-Dijon. Each well established in its territory, linking the agglomeration and with a marked professional orientation.

“We had to develop the aging real estate part and bring together three entities, each with its own identity, staff and number of beds. There were several versions of the project. The first opted for a “three for three” grouping, by making an arithmetic sum of the number of beds of the three structures. But with the desire to do ambulatory care, we reviewed our copy, thus following the guidance of the supervisory authorities. »
