Gold prices rose slightly, during the trading day Sunday, January 12, 2020, compared to levels yesterday.
The Club Naguib, Secretary General of the Gold Division, Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a gram of 21 carat gold rose today to about 692 pounds compared to about 691 pounds yesterday.
The price of a gram of 18 carat gold rose to about 593 pounds, the price of a gram of 24 carat rose to about 791 pounds, and the price of a pound of gold reached 5536 pounds.
Today is the second day of the weekly holiday for global stock exchanges.
