Now MGM and Universals Bond movie No Time to Die more than likely cancels a release on the weekend of April 2 (in America), Warner Bros. opportunities to fill the gap for viewers.

Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Entertainment recently negotiated a deal Godzilla vs. Kong on the same date in US cinemas and HBO Max, and it has now been announced that Warner will release the film in the US two full months earlier. Namely on March 26!

There is zero competition from other movies that weekend, so the two monsters get more than enough audience. Whether this also means that we will see the film earlier in the Netherlands, of course, all depends on the corona measures that apply by that time. Unfortunately, we don’t have HBO Max yet.

Monsters and acting talent
Lizzy and Kong are surrounded by human acting talent in the film. The cast includes names like Millie Bobby Brown, Alexander Skarsgard, Julian Dennison, Rebecca Hall in Brian Tyree Henry.

Godzilla vs. Kong is the fourth movement in Warner’s ‘Monsterverse’, after Godzilla, Kong: Skull Island in Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
