A Santa Monica Studio announced that God of War Ragnarok surpassed the mark of 11 million copies.
The developer thanked the fans on the official Twitter page of Santa Monica Studio.
God of War Ragnarok received excellent reviews from critics and players alike. The title managed to coin a Metacritic rating of 94% and a perfect 10/10 from IGN.

Although it missed Game of the Year awards at prestigious awards, including The Game Awards e Steam Awards, God of War Ragnarok won many awards for its storytelling and gameplay.
The game’s predecessor sold 10 million copies in one year, and God of War Ragnarok managed to surpass that number in just three months.
God of War Ragnarok led the The Game Awards with ten nominations and received six out of ten awards: Best Narrative, Best Audio Design, Best Performance, Innovation in Accessibility, Best Action/Adventure and Best Soundtrack and Music.
God of War Ragnarok is available for PlayStation 4 e PlayStation 5.
