Go New York, the build-it-yourself pass

go new york pass
The “Build Your Own” Explorer Pass is available in French.

Update – November 25, 2021: this pass no longer exists and is replaced by the New York Explorer Pass.

What is the Go New York pass?

  • The Go New York “Build Your Own” pass, also known as the à la carte Explorer Pass, is the “à la carte” version of the Explorer Pass. The difference ? While the Explorer Pass asks you to choose the number of visits you want to take in New York and then make your choice on the spot, the Go New York pass invites you to choose one by one each of your visits and excursions in New York.
  • The reduction is then applied at the time of payment. Depending on the number of visits chosen, you can save 15-20% compared to the price you would have paid if you were to buy each entry at the normal price. So you only pay for what you really plan to visit!

What does the Go New York pass include?

The Go New York pass invites you to choose from a list of 98 attractions.
You simply have to select the monument, museum or visit that interests you, by clicking on the “Add to basket” button. Your pass is then built little by little. The list of possible visits includes:

How to compose your Go New York pass

  • Practical: you can display the page in French by selecting the French flag in the menu bar, at the top right.
  • Then select each attraction you want to do by clicking each time on the “Add to cart” button. You will then see the list build on the screen, with the percentage discount from the normal price.
  • Once you have composed your ideal pass, all you have to do is click on “Finish my order” to access payment. You can then directly download your pass in the form of a QR Code.
  • Please note: this à la carte pass is nominative and you must therefore present one pass per person. Finally, note that there are reductions for children.

User reviews

  • Caroline Saleil Commaille : « I prefer the Explorer Pass to the c cardar I find it more economical than all the others: you choose the attractions you want to do and you are not limited in time like the other passes which for the most part are interesting provided you do all the visits in 1 daytime. As soon as you select 2 or 3 days, prices skyrocket! »
  • Laurence Letouze: « L’A la carte Explorer Pass is convenient. We have the choice in the visits but not priority on the queues!!! Know that for some activities, you can book in advance !!! Tested for Top of The Rock…”
