The death toll from the devastating earthquake in Turkey, Syria, has increased to at least 3,823

The total death toll in Turkey rose to 2,379 people, while Syria to 1,444 people.

The number of injured victims also increased, Turkey recorded 14,500 people and Syria 3,411 people.

The death toll is expected to continue to increase as search and rescue efforts continue.

On Monday (6/1) local time, a devastating earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 rocked the two countries.
