Frankfurt – A small bonus for the citizens of the state: Recently, the government has given relief, especially on the subject of energy. This time, a ministry of the traffic light government of the SPD, Greens and FDP is rewarding athletes with 40 euros. However, a certain condition must be met for this.
The offer is funded by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community (BMI) and is aimed at sports enthusiasts. The motto is: “Get moving. Come to us”, meaning sports clubs. You only get the subsidy if you register in a sports club, but have not been in one before.
Sports club check must be redeemed within four weeks
The aim of the joint campaign of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and the BMI is to “get people in Germany moving (again) and to strengthen sports clubs”. A total of 150,000 so-called sports club checks are made available for this purpose.

Sportveinsscheck: This is how you get the money from the state
On the homepage sportnurbesser.de explains exactly how to get the subsidy. If you want the money from the state, you first have to fill out a form. You will then be sent a link to the sports club check by e-mail. This can then be redeemed digitally or printed out in the sports club. This must be submitted within four weeks. The campaign runs from January 24th to August 31st, 2023. The last chance to redeem a sports club check is therefore October 31st, 2023.
