Steven Gerrard shocked Trent Alexander-Arnold not called to England national team. He assessed the pillars Liverpool this is the best right-back in the country of the Three Lions.
England national team coach, Gareth Southgate, did not call the name Trent Alexander Arnold to face the international break this week. England will compete in 2020 World Cup Qualifiers to face San Marino (25/3), Albania (28/3) and Poland (31/3).
Southgate chose to set aside Alexander-Arnold because it was considered that he had not yet found his best level of play at Liverpool. The 22-year-old right-back’s performance has indeed declined, with only one goal and three assists in the Premier League this season.

“One thing I learned from being a player is you can’t always give 10 out of 10. When you are bad, you need support, love and care from your coach more than anyone else. So, I was surprised by this decision but that’s an opinion. Me and my opinion are not important for this, “added Gerrard.
