This Monday, an internal e-mail went out to the staff of the Bild newspaper, which was available to the SZ in advance. The mail is enormously long, enormously ironed out by lawyers and PR professionals and ambiguous in many points, but between the lines it is clear: Germany’s largest tabloid medium is about to undergo a major restructuring.
