The reports of the Spanish press somehow connect the threads of Robert Lewandowski and Cristiano Ronaldo. It is known for a long time that the captain of the Polish national team has expressed a desire to leave Bayern Munich. Since the first information about the plans of the 33-year-old appeared, the Bayern Munich authorities have been constantly denying these reports. Oliver Kahn i Hasan Salihamidziæ openly argue that since Robert Lewandowski has a valid contract for another year, he will fulfill it. The Pole himself, however, is determined to change his surroundings.
If such a transfer is successful and the captain of the white and reds actually goes to Catalonia, his place in Munich may be taken by Cristiano Ronaldo – this information was provided by the Spanish daily “AS”. The Portuguese is not supposed to hope that z Manchester United will be able to reach for important trophies, which would be much easier in Bayern.
German journalists deny the reports
Although the information provided by the Spanish press so far could only be regarded as rumors, the sense of such moves could be quite justified. However, as long as neither party issues an official position, it is difficult to accept such reports as consistent with reality.
It seems, at least for the moment, that there will be no such position on the part of any of the parties. Christian Falk from “Bilda” and Florian Plettenberg from “Sky Sports Deutschland” denied on Twitter that Cristiano Ronaldo may move to Bayern Munich.
Information from German journalists means that there are still many unknowns about Lewandowski’s future. If the Pole leaves for FC Barcelonaand at the same time the German champions will not want to bring Cristiano Ronaldo, it can be assumed that in the summer, in the place of the 33-year-old, another offensive will appear at the Allianz Arena soccer player.
