The diplomat is sure that Berlin would refuse to import Russian oil if it stopped the war. However, according to the minister, this will not happen.
“If we immediately abandon it, then tomorrow the whole of Germany will stop,” Burbock said.
She added that most workers such as teachers and nurses will not be able to get to work, and critical infrastructure could be left without power.
