The office of Dr. Kamal Shuaib Law Firm and Legal Consultancy has denied the Administrative Court has issued judgments rejecting the appeals against the removal of Mortada Mansour, President of the Zamalek Club.
And the Second Circuit of the State Council Administrative Court, today, Sunday, deferred the lawsuit filed by a member of the General Assembly of the Zamalek Club, in which he demanded that the Ministry of Youth and Sports be forced to isolate and exclude Mortada Mansour from the presidency of the Zamalek Club, due to the issuing of a sentence against him to the Authority of the Commissioners.
For his part, Mortada Mansour stated, through his personal account on the social network site “Facebook”, that the Second Circuit of the State Council Administrative Court rejected 4 appeals filed by Abdullah George, Hani Shukri Najib and Mustafa Abdel- Khaleq, to remove him from office.
In response to Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek, the office of Kamal Shoaib issued an official statement, confirming that all the news circulating about the issuing of sentences by the court in these appeals, both in the urgent part and in the merits, with rejection they are nothing more than mere fabrications and completely unfounded lies.
