The fourth Mad Max film was released in 2015 Mad Max: Fury Road and this one was a huge success. Since then there has been talk of a next film and in all probability that will be the prequel film Angry.
Director George Miller however refuses to go into the content of the film. It is still too early for that, according to Miller, since it could take another ten years before the film is made.
“It’s too early to talk about it. I’ve always had a certain superstition. You just don’t want to get ahead of ourselves by talking about a movie. I remember talking about Mad Max just before 9/11 like it was. was supposed to happen in a few weeks. It took almost a decade to get it made. “
In 2015 Fury Road – thirty years after Beyond Thunderdome – to raise nearly $ 400 million and there were no fewer than ten Oscar nominations, including Best Picture and Best Direction. Six were won in the technical corner.
