Genshin Impact PS5 Version Officially Dies on April 28, 2021

Jakarta

Genshin Impact, the game made by miHoYo has finally announced its release date on PS5. This game will launch on April 28, 2021.

After delivering the update in early April, the developer miHoYo revealed the release date of the game for the new generation version of PlayStation. MiHoYo’s Studio Technical Director, Zhenzhong Yi, confirmed that the PlayStation 5 version of Genshin Impact will arrive on April 28, reported detikINET from Gamesradar, Monday (19/4/2021).

The PS5 version will come along with update 1.5 entitled Beneath the Light of Jadite. Which will later support 4K resolution, improved texture quality up to 60 FPS, and faster screen loading times.

Apart from visual enhancements, Genshin Impact the PS5 version will also offer DualSense integration. However miHoYo itself has not detailed what other improvements they provide.

Update 1.5 presents two new characters, weekly boss fights and other new events. The new playable characters are Eula who is known as the Spindrift Knight from Mondstadt and Yanfei who is described as the legal advisor of Liyue Harbor.

Eula is a five-star character who uses claymore, deals Cryo damage and has Icetide Vortex elemental skills. His Elemental Brust dealt a damage area and created a Lightfall Sword that followed him around.

Whereas Yanfei was a four-star Pyro catalyst user. His Scarlet Seal provided a buff that reduced his stamina consumption too much and increased his attack power and range.

Version 1.5 also allows players to build their own house, which can be used as a place to rest from the busy world of Genshin Impact.

Now Genshin Impact available on mobile, PlayStation 4 and Window PC. However, PlayStation 5 users will be able to play this game on April 28, 2021.
