Microsoft has previously announced that the company is now laying off 10,000 employees.
According to information to Bloomberg Among other things, this has hit the company’s game studio that handles the action game series Halo, 343 Industries.
Now 343 Industries has posted a message on Halos official Twitter where studio manager Pierre Hintze writes that:
“Halo and Master Chief are here to stay. 343 Industries will continue to develop Halo now and into the future, including epic stories, multiplayer, and more of what makes Halo great.”
The announcement goes against the previous rumors circulating that Microsoft plans to outsource all Halo development.
