Money disappears in household income, food, medicine, water, electricity and gas without giving space for unforeseen events. Several pensioners leave the grocery store and pharmacy behind.
State support exists, but for many elderly people the bureaucratic barrier to receive them is insurmountable. Linha da Frente entered the home of four pensioners in four districts of the country and shows them the reality of those who live with a minimum pension in Portugal.
