The measures in Plovdiv are being tightened. From tomorrow, wearing a mask becomes mandatory in medical facilities, pharmacies, drugstores, opticians, social centers and in public transport. This is the order of RZI-Plovdiv.
It is also planned to carry out an enhanced morning filter in children’s institutions to exclude children with clinical symptoms of Covid-19, as well as for other acute infectious diseases, a daily filter in specialized institutions for the provision of social services and in residential-type social services for children and adults for the presence of users and staff with clinical symptoms of Covid-19 and suspension of staff from work until diagnosis and clinical recovery are also among the measures listed in the order.
It is mandatory for all employers to organize the implementation of anti-epidemic measures in the working environment – disinfection, regular ventilation and training of workers
The restrictions are due to the increased levels of patients with COVID-19, which put the Plovdiv region in stage 1. The measures have been agreed with the state health inspector Angel Kunchev. They will be in effect throughout the region from July 22 to August 22 inclusive.
