A fire broke out Monday morning in a bungalow on the Antitankgracht in ‘s-Gravenwezel. Several explosions could be heard from gas bottles attached to the bungalow. There were no injuries.

The resident of the bungalow was able to get out in time. When the post Schilde of the Zone Rand Fire Department arrived on the scene, the fire broke out. The fire brigade received support from the posts of Schoten and Sint-Job.
Several bungalows in the area were evacuated as a precaution.
