In August a new star shines in the trash TV sky: “Like Me – I’m Famous” is launched on TVNOW. Tears, betrayal, psycho games – all of this is served when the fight for likes begins. TVNOW shows a total of 8 episodes of “Like Me – I’m Famous” From August 11, 2020, a new edition will go online every Tuesday. From August 18, RTL shows the spectacle every Tuesday evening on free TV.

A pretty picture is not enough for “Like Me – I’m Famous”. Here, the candidates have to shine away from social media and without any filters. Actually, the principle is simple: in the “Like Lounge”, the celebrities give each other likes at the end of each episode – and those who have the fewest fly out.
But: How do you convince the others of yourself? Which star remains loyal and authentic? Who manipulates the others to his advantage? And who can go far with little support from the group?
There is also hope for the less popular celebrities: extra likes can be earned in “Fame Games” and even bought from the competition!
Strategy, charm and fighting spirit are required. Because the celebrity with the most likes not only leaves the house as a winner, but also with prize money. How high that depends on the negotiating skills of the stars.
The rules of the game for “Like Me – I’m Famous”
The goal: to have the most likes and to be the last and most popular to leave the house with prize money. If you have the fewest likes at the end of an episode and are therefore at the bottom of the popularity list, fly out.
How the Stars Get Likes:
In each episode there is a “fame game” in which all celebrities have to participate. Likes can be earned there. Place 1 = 10 likes / Place 10 = 1 like.
At the end of each episode, the celebrities get likes, which he can give at will. Several likes can go to one person. However, you cannot distribute likes to yourself. In episodes 1-4 the celebrities have 3 likes, from episode 5 5 likes can be distributed or sold.
There is a loophole for all stars: they can trade and buy likes from others to save themselves from being kicked out. At the start everyone receives a budget of 20,000 euros, 1 like costs 1,000 euros. However, everyone can only trade the likes that they receive per shipment. If you sell all 5 likes, you can no longer award any in the evening. For example, if you only sell 3, you can distribute the other 2 likes.
The popularity list is carried over to the next episode. Just like the balance of the celebrities. Only the extra likes are available to each candidate again in each episode.
