A number of friends of Rina Riwangsih (32), a woman who was found dead covered in blood in the Pangkalan 9 area, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, West Java (West Java), visited the Headquarters of the Cileungsi Police. They hope that the perpetrators of the alleged murder of their colleagues will be arrested soon.
“If this is indeed the case (murder), hopefully the perpetrators will be caught soon,” said fellow victim, Fitriyani, to journalists, Saturday (25/2/2023).
Fitriyani said that the family had not come. He himself admitted that he had not been in contact with Rini for a long time.
“Hearing the news it was like that, that’s why we came because we knew each other. I told my friends that’s why everyone came,” he said.
Police Hunt the Perpetrators
Previously reported, Bogor Police Chief AKBP Iman Imanuddin emphasized that now his party was hunting for the suspected perpetrator of Rina’s murder. Iman said a team from the Cileungsi Police and Bogor Police had conducted the TKP investigation.
“Resmob (Team) is chasing the perpetrators,” said Iman when contacted.
Regarding the identity of the perpetrator, Iman said that it was still under investigation. “(The identity of the perpetrator) is still being investigated,” said Iman.
Iman said that investigators were still waiting for the autopsy results from the Kramat Jati Hospital forensic team. An autopsy was performed to determine Rina’s cause of death.
“Already processing the crime scene, waiting for the autopsy,” he said.
