Freiburg: Unknown people wanted to flee with stolen property in Freiburg – two people injured – police are looking for witnesses

Two strangers broke into a camper parked in Faulerstraße (at number 20) in Freiburg on September 6th, 2020 at around 5 p.m. When the 45-year-old victim returned to his camper, the perpetrators were still in the vehicle.

When trying to stop the two perpetrators, the 45-year-old withdrew
Vehicle owner with abrasions, his 5-year-old son was run over by a perpetrator and was also injured. Several hitherto unknown passers-by, who became aware of the incident, briefly stopped the perpetrators on their escape. The passers-by succeeded in taking the stolen goods from the camper from the perpetrators and returning them to the rightful owners.

The perpetrators are described as follows:

Suspect 1: male, about 1.76 meters tall, 20-25 years old,
Mediterranean appearance, slim and pretty face, black straight medium-length hair, dark eyes, dressed in dark clothes (black sweatpants, black long-sleeved shirt), small shoulder bag

Suspect 2: male, around 22 years old, southern appearance, brown skin, short black hair, slim stature, probably not an Arab, no glasses, no beard, overall well-groomed appearance, well-groomed hair, black T-shirt, dark trousers, two backpacks

The criminal investigation department is asking witnesses who observed the incident or
Information about the perpetrators can be given by calling 0761 / 882-2880
Report to. In particular, passers-by who got in the way of strangers are asked to contact the police.
