Oliwia Hältlein – cultural scientist, author, dramaturge
See it live on #infreiburgzuhause: https://www.infreiburgzuhause.de

Between physical education, shared kitchen, advertising and YouTube explanatory video: We encounter the fairy tale of the so-called ‘hymen’ everywhere.
At this event, the fake news around the ‘hymen’ will be named and the roots and effects openly addressed.

In addition, the cultural scientist and author Oliwia Hältlein speaks about (linguistic) gaps, vaginal mucous membranes and the anatomical reality between the legs.

Oliwia Hältlein is a cultural scientist, author and dramaturge and works in text and performance at the interface between feminism and art. She wrote the wide-legged booklet »The hymen doesn’t exist« (http://maro-v.de/maroheft2), which has just been published by MaroVerlag. She organizes workshops and action weeks on sexual education, feminism and pornography and is co-founder of the Freiburg action week »Enlightened ?! We take it into our own hands! «.

Here is the idea again:
After an idea and on the initiative of the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau, in collaboration with the FWTM (operator) and Kulturaggregat eV, a possibility was developed to offer us all the finest cultural enjoyment even in these times.

#inFreiburgzuhause is a new online platform through which high-quality events from Freiburg’s venues and cultural centers can be experienced live. At home or on the go, on your PC, laptop, iPad or smartphone. With funds from Sparkasse, FWTM, SC Freiburg and other sponsors, an attempt is made to offer the venues and cultural centers a perspective again in times of reduced contacts and to help them through the crisis. Of course, the #inFreiburgzuhause project also depends on the public. Anyone can support the venues and artists by (voluntarily) purchasing virtual tickets. You too can make a personal contribution to keeping the diverse cultural landscape alive here.
