After a compulsory Corona break, the meeting place for the regional real estate industry, the ImmobilienFORUM, will take place again on May 25th at 7 p.m. in the Meckelhalle of the Sparkasse.
There are many new topics, in 2019 the effects after the referendum in favor of the new district of Dietenbach and the first measures were a big topic, today we can talk about a very advanced project. The marketing concept is to be launched this year before the plot is to be allocated in 2023.
The further schedule is primarily determined by the success of a waiver agreement between the city of Freiburg and the EMD – development measure Dietenbach GmbH & Co. KG, which is intended to bind the savings bank subsidiary to the urban planning specifications for the Dietenbach district in the long term. Only after this is closed can big strides be made.
